Meet the leatherwright

Hi, I'm Beth.

From professional trainers to weekend pleasure riders, every horse person relies on their equipment. After thirty years as a leatherwright — and fifty as an equestrian myself — I know exactly what your tack is up against.

I take great pride in caring for your saddle and tack as if it were my own. The quality of the craftsmanship and the attention to detail show up in the results, every time.

What I do

Care for the equipment you trust

01

Saddle Reconditioning

Bring a sun-faded, dried-out saddle back to life — re-dyed and restored to look like a million bucks.

02

Saddle & Tack Repair

Custom repair on English and Western saddles, bridles, halters and tack that keep you and your horse safe.

03

Tree Inspection

A thorough look under the hood — because a sound tree is the difference between comfort and a problem.

A word from Beth

Leather is alive. Treat it that way.

The one thing that keeps leather soft and pliable is its fat content — and once it's gone, it can't be replaced. Brittle, cracked, mildewed tack isn't a lost cause; it's a job for someone who knows the difference between cleaning the surface and killing the root.

Email a photo of what you're dealing with and I can usually quote it on the spot — a picture is worth a thousand words.

Kind words from the barn

"Her workmanship is outstanding. The items she's made for me are beautiful and very high quality. She is the best!"

Lisa Ruotsi

"Beth took my old sun-damaged saddle and dyed it for me. It looks like a million bucks!"

Jesse Lemieux

"Buttery soft, high-quality leather and my saddle looks brand new. She's fast, efficient, and she understands equestrians — because she is one."

Sharon Scholl
